synopsis

A cut scene shows the character's arm being cut off. The arm is subsequently replaced with a prosthetic, which is essential to progress through the game. The player's character subsequently uses this prosthetic arm to shoot at other characters. The violence is not realistic-looking, although blood effects are shown. In one scene, the player's character encounters another character who has been cut in half. There is a large amount of blood and sight of viscera, although the violence that resulted in the injuries is not shown. The game also includes use of strong language ('fuck').
