Blue Reflection: Second Light

Blue Reflection: Second Light follows Ao Hoshizaki, a girl who attends summer school for supplementary classes and becomes lost in an unknown world. She meets three girls — Kokoro Utsubo, Yuki Kinjou, and Renya Miyauchi — who have lost their memories and live in an isolated school surrounded by water. One day, a path and portal leading to another world appears and the girls decide to go through it. They eventually come across a monster and unlock a power that lets them fight back. In addition, Blue Reflection protagonist Hinako Shirai will appear in the game having also lost her memories.

synopsis

This game features sequences of moderate violence, involving both human and fantasy characters. Violence is inflicted using a mixture of firearms, bladed weapons and magic. Violence is non-realistic in nature with blows resulting in flashes and any damage represented by numbers. When fantasy characters are defeated, they disappear, whereas when human characters are defeated, they fall to their knees. The game also features some sexualised sequences. For example, there are occasions on which characters wear revealing outfits in incongruous situations, such as bikinis in a schoolroom, and there are sequences in which camera angles deliberately focus on particular body parts.
