Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness

A science-fiction action role-playing game and the fifth main entry in the Star Ocean series. Combat is real-time, letting the player control and switch between a party of up to seven characters, with cutscenes and battles designed to flow together without breaks. The game carries over series staples such as item creation and choices that shape how the story develops, including multiple endings.

synopsis

The game was rated PEGI 16 for realistic violence towards human characters. Not appropriate for persons below 16 years of age. Gameplay violence is non-realistic looking, when characters die they immediately disappear in a red/black cloud of smoke. There is however the occasional depiction of realistic violence in the cut scenes. This ranges from a character being shot in the back to a character being punched. There are no blood effects.
