Ultimate Spider-Man is a 2005 open-world action-adventure game based on Marvel’s Ultimate Spider-Man comic series. The game’s art style uses 3D Comic Inking Technology to emulate the look and feel of the original comic panels. Players explore a free-roaming recreation of New York City, engaging in narrative missions, combat encounters, chase sequences, and side activities. The story is set in the Ultimate Marvel universe and follows two playable characters—Spider-Man and Venom—each with distinct combat styles and intersecting storylines. Missions span fighting iconic villains such as Rhino, Electro, and Green Goblin, blending superhero action with comic stylization.
